Disseminating your PhD dissertation.
I am working on publishing activity from my PhD thesis, for which I have carried out three different qualitative investigations.
I am extrapolating case studies and theoretical reflections to be employed in journal articles (of which two are already published, and one another is forthcoming). I am also thinking about book(s), but I don't consider my PhD thesis appropriate for a publication, just as it is. Nonetheless, I would like to share the manuscript with the academic community, as it is also enriched by a high-level graphic artwork designed by a fellow.
Do you consider Creative Common License a valuable way to share my PhD thesis without limiting its dissemination through articles and books?

It's better you publish your thesis as a textbook. As you have said, "your thesis is loaded with insightful facts". Try to contact some publishers and discussion with them and also discuss with the Dean of your Postgraduate School.
