I have recently purchased a FlexiTube GeneSolution kit which is a package of 4 gene-specific siRNAs delivered in 4 separate tubes. So, my question is should I mix the four siRNAs after reconstitution and transfect them together in the same well with cells in the plate or I should use them separately, each one of them is transfected into cells in a separate well in the plate ??
You should carefully read the recommendations by Qiagen and the respective literature, then it will become clear that the siRNAs should be used/tested separately.
