Many literature showed to dried their nanoparticles such as freeze drying/heat drying after cleaning and purification process. However, some also stated that powdered NPs may cause aggregation. If i let my mixture stays in wet condition, how do i weight them for concentration purpose?
You can dry the nanoparticles for characterization, but you cannot re-disperse this dried material in a "solvent", aggregation already "destroyed" the nanoparticles as single entities.
Drying nanoparticles improves stability but risks aggregation, which can be reduced with cryoprotectants. If you keep them wet, use methods like turbidity measurement to determine concentration accurately.

Abdelhak Maghchiche thanks for the suggestion, if we use cryoprotectant, will there be trace of cryoprotectant itself with the dried NPs? and for turbidity measurement, can UV-Vis can be considered? but we would need a standard solution which might be a problem.
Using cryoprotectants during drying helps prevent nanoparticle aggregation but leaves residual traces in the dried product. For wet samples, UV-Vis turbidity measurements can estimate concentration, though accurate quantification requires a reliable standard solution.
