Hello,

For Gd doped CeO2 (GDC) sintered at 1100 C, I have observed following pattern in the activation energy as derived from Arrhenius plot. Temperature range is 400- 650 C.

3% GDC : 0.82 eV

5% GDC : 1.04 eV

10% GDC : 0.78 eV

20% GDC: 0.66 eV

Ioninc conductivity of the electrolyte increased with dopant concentration in my result.

I could understand that it should decrease. If so what can be the possible reason for increase in the energy for 5% GDC.
