Dear all, we do explore the heterogeneous system "FeCoZr nanoparticles + SiO2 matrix" and found that conductivity obeys activation law in wide range of temperatures (4 K to room temeprature).

Activation energy, however, was very low: about 0.035 eV.

Is there any known defects that can form in any of Fe oxides such shallow levels?
