I am using discrete phase model in Ansys fluent in a "gas cooler". The flue gas is being cooled by sprinkling water from nozzles. There are array of nozzles and in total there are around 200 nozzles.
In DPM model ansys fluent does not provide option to set up an array of nozzles.
Manually entering cordinate of 200 nozzles would take huge time.
Is there a way to set up array of nozzles in fluent??

My approach to that would be to find out, how one such sprinkler nozzle is setup with TUI / journaling commands.
If that is done, one can write a small piece of Python code, which is automatically generating the TUI / journaling commands for all the 200 nozzles from a CSV file or Python list of nozzle coordinates, directions, opening angles and massflow rates, i.e. what ever nozzle parameters play a role here.
The benefit is in addition, that any made human error in the description of the nozzle array can be quickly corrected either in the CSV file or in the Python script (and not in the CAS file).
