Semi-structured interviews, what data analysis method should I use?

I have conducted a semi-structured interview with 20 respondents. Nvivo, QDA minter lite, SPSS. These are the software used for data analysis, but the personal unfamiliarity of the software is correctly applied. So is it reasonable to use Using Thematic Analysis ? Can you give me some advice?
