Google Earth engine might be the solution.

In my studies, I normally download satellite images from free sources like the USGS database and cut them into whatever size or shape according to the area of interest with ArcMap tools.

The answers to this question also interest me

i was used to do like that dear Kalpana Madushani previously

but here i need a large data set for e.g. 20 years to achieve for example NDVI change for drought assessment

thus such way, to download all the scene and crop them not seems not to be so feasible

so huge volume of unused data!

but as described by dear Tuğçe Şenel in detail, i could get required dataset for my area of interest

but is any way to download data in whole

i now download all data generated one by one ((

@Solmaz - regarding your question on Sentinel/Landsat8/Aster datasets - LP DAAC should be able to help as well. Because LP DAAC archives and distributes them too. Just go to the same place - "Feedback" on https://earthdata.nasa.gov/.
