I have trouble with selecting PLIF(Planar LASER Induced Fluorescence) simulant.
The liquid should have density of around 1400 kg/m^3, not be too viscous, and it should dissolve Rhodamine B well.
Possible candidates, in my search, are very confined I think.
The chloroform may be used; however, its toxicity and evaporation concerned me to use.
Can other liquid be used as simulant?
I would be very appreciative of your kind reply.
