I am seeking a host supervisor for the Eric and Wendy Schmidt AI in Science Postdoctoral Fellowship.

🔹 My background:

• PhD in Chemical Engineering (University of the Witwatersrand, 2021)
• 18 years of research and industry experience (petroleum, cement, textile, forestry)
• Expertise in hybrid AI models (PINNs + LSTM) for forecasting shale gas production.

🔹 Fellowship focus:

Developing hybrid AI-driven models for energy forecasting to improve efficiency, sustainability, and decision-making.

I am looking for a faculty supervisor in AI, energy modelling, or applied machine learning who is open to collaborating on this fellowship application.
