I hope this message finds you well. My name is Fayaz Gul Mazloum Yar, and I am a doctoral student from Afghanistan currently studying Geography and Rural Planning at the University of Guilan in Iran. I am seeking financial support for my PhD dissertation, "Investigation and Proposal of an Empowerment Model for Rural Households in Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan."

As an Afghan national, I am deeply aware of my country's critical economic challenges. Unfortunately, I do not have any financial backing to support my research. My dissertation aims to address a significant gap in the literature, as there has been no previous study on the empowerment of rural households in Nangarhar Province, one of Afghanistan's key regions. Nangarhar is a prominent province with 22 districts and a population of approximately 2 million people.

This research holds great potential for innovation and practical impact. Given my lived experience and familiarity with the local context, I am confident in collecting accurate and comprehensive data from various villages. This will enable me to produce a well-grounded and impactful study. However, the primary obstacle I face is the lack of funding to carry out this essential work.

I am seeking support from organizations, institutions, or individuals who recognize the importance of empowering rural communities in Afghanistan. Your assistance would enable me to conduct this research accurately and effectively, ultimately contributing to the sustainable development of rural households in Nangarhar Province.
