I am soliciting your views on the best way to go in seeking/securing research funding from industries in developing nations. More specifically from low to mid level developing nations.
I am aware there is no single/generic best way to go but a comprehensive view from experts on this platform would inform the way to go.

Transfer of technology from developed countries to developing may save the capital expenditure (CAPEX) and Operational Expenditure (OPEX) to assist countries to leapfrog those advanced ones on success adoption. However, the contextual factors of social-economic and culture may differ, the level of sophistication, the market affluence, the issues of technology disruption associated with adoption and change management, among others, infrastructure readiness, unless mitigated may hinder successful adoption and transfer of industries from developed to developing countries in the near - time?
