Sectioning whole FFPE human brains?

We are currently looking at a heavy duty microtome "POLYCUT" from Gigatome for sectioning a human brain (one hemisphere) embedded in paraffin. Does anybody have experience with this type of equipment or sectioning these large samples? I would very much like to get in touch and ask for tips and tricks.
