Put the word "Wireless communication" in the search box in this link and Sort by Frequency (High - Low). The most rapid journals will appear first.

If you already have the title and abstract for your article, you can use the following tools from Elsevier and Springer to help you pick a right journal among those that belong to the respective publisher

The output of these tools shows inter alia average article processing times and impact factors of the journals and, if I recall correctly, also publication fees and open access fees. In many journals you can publish free of charge if you do NOT make your article open access (i.e. it is available only to journal subscribers), but this should be checked for each journal separately.

There is one journal titled “International Journal of Engineering & Technology”. As written on their website the publication fee is $200 and the review time is around 4 weeks.
I strongly recommend that you go to www.scopus.com and get the most recent list of journal sorted according to their impact factor.

You should check for each journal specifically but it is natural to expect that the Elsevier journals would be covered by Scopus
journal suggester of Springer and Elsevier will help. Please stay away from individuals asking for your paper to be emailed to them! Please avoid journals like IJSSE/IJERT and the likes. Verify the I.F claims of any journal by checking in the clavariate site and JCR.
I believe Journal of Advanced Research in Dynamical and Control Systems. JARDCS is a Scopus indexed journal though I am not confirmed if it is ongoing or not
