First off, I suggest that you avoid predatory journals/publishers. Secondly, if your research had roots in psychology although it’s conducted in an education setting, I would recommend the Scandinavian Journal of Psychology which is an A-rated journal in psychology.

I seriously need to publish my work with publishers who have had scopus index because it is very accepted to get promotion here in Ethiopia. Would you mind please telling me the way I used to get the chance?
A warning! The developments in the scientific publishing world go fast. One of the suggested journals: The journal “Universal Journal of Educational Research” (http://www.hrpub.org/journals/jour_info.php?id=95 ) is published by “Horizon Research Publishing”, this publisher is mentioned in the Beall’s list of potential predatory publisher: https://beallslist.net/ Although they are indeed indexed in Scopus according to: https://www.scopus.com/sourceid/21100898670 it is a fact that two of their titles where discontinued after three years and when looking at the Scopus content coverage of UJER they published two times more papers in 2020 compared to the previous two years which is suspect. Indeed, according to the latest list of discontinued titles this title is discontinued (see also enclosed file).
Two of the other suggestions by Brandford Bervell changed as well. Both Academic Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies (AJIS) and Journal of Educational and Social Research (JESR) used to be published by Sciendo by DeGruyter. AJIS and JESR are now owned by “Richtmann Publishing LTD” (they APC is now 780 GBP). This publisher is a new player and seems okay but it’s status on the long run is to-date hard to estimate.
“IAFOR Journal of Education” (https://iafor.org/journal/iafor-journal-of-education/ ) is indeed Scopus indexed and (still) free of costs.
