Typically each can be evaluated for h-index. I always think it's a great metric but sometimes it has the limitation that it doesn't consider the average number of authors. Also, do you prefer to have papers with a uniform number of citations or concentrated? I believe that having a significant number of citations for all your papers is synonymous with quality and then if some take so many citations it means that they are pillars of the scientific literature and you can only be proud.
