in my opinion, the quality of publication will be evaluated by the value of the journal but I personally prefer to evaluate the quality base on the journal value and publishing house and also with the quality of chapters when I study them
Sure according to the value of the journal. If the publishing house is excellent, this does not mean that all the journals it publishes are good
