I have written a paper after research and tried to create a global scarcity index of various tangible and intangible assets like land, timber, crypto currency , gold, fresh water and so on.

Can any scholar help in developing further the concept of this index and how to take 100 as scale and analyze to give index to various assets? for example fresh water 45/100

100 means total scarcity, 0 means abundant .no scarcity .

Note that even fresh air is not abundant in most places now.
