Hi. I need a scale for measuring social reputation of an individual. I want to measure a good reputation of an employee at his workplace. Or it can be said that what a person's coworkers think about a person regarding his honesty, helping behavior, and fairness like attributes.
I am searching it but unfortunately I am getting the corporate social reputation.
The closest thing that comes to mind for me is a social network approach. If you ask people who they go to for advice or who gives good advice, that score may approximate an employee's reputation. Much more labor intensive, but probably more accurate than having individuals self-report their reputation.
I suspect employee reputation should be considered a multi-dimensional construct with many of the following dimensions:

Perhaps applying the sociometer theory as a measurement of the the employees relative reputation through, workplace interactions, and corresponding performance may be useful .
