I have scattering curves with a slope of q-2 and q-3 at the porod region which can not yet be related to the objects in the microstrucyure of the metal i'm analyzing ! for exemple at the as-built state the metal contains only dislocation cells and nano-oxydes on a scale visible through SAXS, but the slope which is supposed to be q-4 is of q-2 to q-3 depending on the probed zone. Is this caused by the rough surface at the interface? is this caused by the compact anisotropically oriented cylinders?

If someone encountered such behaviour please enlighten me.
