So far I only read about PCR testings to confirm a patients infection. Is somebody aware of other diagnostical testing options? E.g. for EBV (Ebstein Barr Virus) exists a serology testing method called EBNA-IgG. Are there any testings of IgM or IgG serologies for Covid-19 so far to get an idea how the immune system of infected patients really reacts. And if you have the possibility, how far away is a vaccine? And if a patient has positiv IgG does that mean, that she/he is healthy and not being infective again like it is in EBV? Thanks for your answers!
