About crack modeling in ABAQUS:
Mode I (pure-tensile cracking) and Mode II (pure-shear cracking), these assumptions may be accruing in theoretical approach (ABAQUS) not practical in Lab. Therefore, how can it be claimed that sample modeling in ABAQUS software simulates a real-world sample?
There may be good discussions in this regard.

Presenting numerical methods to solve problems and finding numerical techniques to solve differential equations governing a system led to the development of software to study the behavior of materials more easily. Because this software is designed based on mathematical relationships resulting from the real world; therefore, the results of software modeling are closest to the real world.
