You just need to prepare a PCR reaction using your RNA as a template without doing RT reaction and use a primers that give you a given product from DNA.

Generally , it is difficult to get ride of DNA from RNA sample and itr is necessary you work on primer sequence to give you product from CDNA but it is not possible olways!!

I think u can have a change with your primers, partial sequence of which is in one extron and the other is in adjacent one.
