Role of TNFSF10 in Apoptosis?

I am studding the induction of apoptosis by a xenophobic compound. In this regard, I would like to know the down-regulation of TNFSF10 leads to what condition, for example apoptosis or cell proliferation. Further, can anybody link this situation with up-regulation of caspase-8 and FADD? Thank you in advance.
