RNA extraction.RNA 18s is more than 28S but there is no degradation. What it means?

I have used the Quiagen kit for the fist time to extract the RNA. I got more RNA 18s than 28s on the gel. However, I don't see any smear or degradation. What does it mean? Can I still use this RNA?
