RMSD value in FlowJo Cell Cycle analysis is too high?

Can someone please help with this cell cycle analysis in FlowJo. I used PBMCs stimulated with Phytohemagglutinin in 72h cell culture and cells were stained with PI. Whenever I run de cell cycle analysis the rmsd drops a high value. I've already constrained the peaks but the RMSD is still to high. What should I consider?
