If you have long term an large volume to concentrate, my experience would recommend New Logic Vsep system. My experience has been fewer cleaning cycles, higher flux rate.

I am really confused if the Reverse Osmosis process would accept to deal with 60 kg/m3 brine concentration. Basically, I have several research worked with 45 kg/m3 but look at specific experimental research that entailed 60 kg/m3 inlet feed with my appreciation

Some people are working on high pressure RO operation allowing to handle highly concentrated brines as well. However the energy demand will be worth to look at.

we have practical experience treating high TDS concentrations in RO plants until 120bar. This is actually technically feasible.

Depending on composition it is possible to reach 12% TS in brine
