I have been working on a preliminary stage on Packaging fish (Tilapia) in a RETORT POUCH materials in National Institute for Freshwater Fisheries Research (NIFFR) new-Bussa, Niger-State, Nigeria. I want to work and discuss with expert in this area of Research and also people interested in this work so that African especially Nigeria can minimize fish loss through spoilage and wastage whenever there are fish gluts.
