that is a good question! according to my point of view, it is better to report all the questions and you shed light on the most significant once in interpreting and discussing them meanwhile you only go through the least significant or irrelevant ones within maximum one or two sentences if possible.

It's solely your choice. As far as I'm concerned, It is better, If you discuss them all. But, if you don't see them fit to be included, then, you are free to not to include them. Still it's your choice.

It depends on your research objectives as well as research questions. If your research questions are answered and research objectives have fulfilled without mentioning all the findings and after leaving the interpretation of some results then you can leave them. If they are not relevent to your study then you can leave them. Only discuss the points and findings that are relevent to your study.
