Hello, I am currently studying group differences in default mode network and other networks (ECN, VAN, etc) between patient and control group using resting state fMRI data. I am performing seed-to-voxel analyses, but have one confusion has come up. Is it common to use a single group-averaged network mask that is combined by all averaged maps across the subjects in the groups?
