What does "epistemologically found" even mean? It's not a common idiom or technical phrase. What is it supposed to contrast with?
I think that a very weak variant of panpsychism (≈ that a mindlike aspect is a pervasive feature of physical reality) is plausible, although I also think that that per se would be pretty low-grade esotericism if one doesn't saddle it with a lot of New Age baggage. Depending on the details of how mindlikeness is spelled out, it may or may not be compatible with your stance on scientific materialism.
How long will Research Gate allow (i.e., promote by doing so) such esoteric (i.e., by definition, non-scientific) posts in its scientific Q&A forum?

Philosophy is on ResearchGate because ResearchGate was founded by Germans. The German word "Wissenschaft", usually and often misleadingly translated as "Science", actually has a broader meaning which encompasses any systematic scholarly or scientific endeavor including arts and humanities, and yes, even theology.
