There is a discussion in Business Administration and Accounting that research need a type of "theory" that guide all the researches done in Brazil. It can be a problem to publish the most of the articles here in Brazil because of that problem. Do you think there is a trend to abandon the old theories worldwide? Or we can create new theories, so we can create new studies with another perspectives?

I don't think valid old theories can be abandoned overnight. A valid old theory will continue to be researchers' guide till replaced by a valid and better theory. With this being said, there is always room for improvement as well as creation of new theories.
Well, we cannot completely abolish traditional classical theories of management and business administration for our research and present a new theory that actually joins the dots with these old classical theories. What we need is to thoroughly study all of these studies and extract facts that are relevant to our research.

According to my understanding it also happened in Indonesia. Many old theories are no longer relevant to today's changing business world. may need a new approach to business today

Business administration field requires new skills given the globalization and rapid development in world today. Whereas existing theories apply to most of the business, we have to dig more and find new ways to adapt to new development. So new studies should be taken in order to help with the new trends. Accounting has not changed much, and should not change. I would consider business admin and accounting as tow separate fields.
I like Case Studies, which only require a Theoretical Reference to point out what is being discussed. For example, for a study on the Internationalization of Companies, it could suffice to outline the state of the art on the subject.
I studied accounting and business administration, so far, we use the framework as the underlying theories—the famous approaches for business administration, management accounting, financial management, etc.

I think it is too simplistic to term business management into a series of theories. Businesses have gotten too top-heavy with people trying to dumb it down into a system. MBA type studies produce graduates who are good at administrating and collecting data but don't have a business instinct or people skills.
"It ain't rocket science," is what I hear all too often. This is true. It is much harder. Rocket science is applying a predictable and proven science of physics, chemistry and mathematics. Much of this was understood 300 hundred years ago and certainly 100 years ago. The same science and maths will get you to the moon and back now as it did in 1969.

Yes, research in business administration and accounting needs a theory basis. The theoretical framework included in the thesis informs the study with regard to the assumptions, frameworks, and methodologies applied both in the study and the preparation and presentation of financial statements.
It is irrelevant to ignore the importance and the Contributions of theories . we can add and modify but without deleting the base because it is the source of information and explanation
