I am working on puffer toxins and I need to detect the presence of Tetrodotoxin in crude fish extracts. So I need to derivatize my samples before GC-MS. I need 1 ml of MSTFA reagent (N-Methyl-N-TMS- triflouroacetamide) for the same. If anyone can afford it to me, it would help me finish my work faster as I am on the verge of completion of my Phd with just this work pending.
