I recently created my ResearchGate account. I added my previous publications and I am the lead author of one paper published and co-author of some of the preprint manuscripts that are uploaded to other preprint servers. Also, I have uploaded my most recent preprint which I am the first author. I sent invitation for co-authorship, which include my other works that they are not part of authors. Upon one coauthor's confirming co-authorship of those papers, your system wrongfully deleted all my publications from my profiles and de-linked them. This is regared as serious violation of my intellectual properties and that of other preprint servers and publishers. I request that the platform correct this situation and recover all my authorship immediately. Please make due amendments immediately.

Thank you for the answer. I have already requested the RG team. Since the forceful and wrongful change of authorship on the ground of RG algorithms being unsure of authors without fact-check is totally unacceptable, I believe the RG team needs immediate correction and I need to make sure of their efforts. I strongly argue that the least thing the algorithm should do is make sure of the authorship status before making unwarranted change. I left out the details not to put burden on coauthors, and plan on deleting this question upon RG team's correction. I'm sorry if this question was unfit or troubling in anyway.

PS. Somehow a number of your papers/preprints ended up in the following profile https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Hoyeon-Kim-15 this can be either an error of the RG algorithm/search engine or the person behind the profile did not correct "this by stating this does not belongs to me".
See "Another researcher has claimed my publications" in the page suggested by Rob Keller (https://help.researchgate.net/hc/en-us/articles/14292798510993-Authorship) for instructions how to correct such mistakes. But unlike this help page suggests, and as Rob Keller stated, possibly it was not the other author himself who wrongly claimed authorship, but ResearchGate's automatic algorithm wrongly identified him as the author and assigned your publication to his profile. Unfortunately, this is a frequent problem in ResearchGate in case of similar names.

Thanks a lot for letting me know how to respond. I must say I'm very disappointed and lost trust in RG organizing team since it was my first time using this platform. The impression here is that this platform has very low awareness of legal and ethical impact of changing authorship and violating license conditions given by the authors. This is the first time that I heard about changing authorship on the ground of uncertainty. Clearly, when the system is not sure of which action to take, it must not make a definitive choices, let alone skip rigorous inspection of rights... That being said, it means a lot that it has community where users inform other users of pitfalls of the platform. Thank you both for taking time!
