Please anyone can help in getting this form "reporting guideline checklist (COREQ)?" every time I search I ended up in the following page:

but there should be a form with may be 32 items to be filled as a condition to submit a manuscript to a journal
After long search, I did not find available checklist to report qualitative research guideline. In the meantime, I reached the conclusion that Table 1 in the attached article should be modified to become a checklist for the 32 items.
Unfortunately, the International Journal of Nursing Studies (IJNS) asks for the above criteria without providing clear guideline. One should download the PDF article and type the table ...32 items..by hand and then answer the questions. Even more, this part can be done without wasting the time, after the editor decide if the article is within the scope of the Journal. Unfortunately, this issue need to be discussed in detail with all scholars on the process of reviewing articles in different journals.
