Remove residual sand arise from sand foundary from the cast brass

hello everyone

time but there are still many adhesive sands which remain and then release in our electroplating bath. since I work for faucet company, I am looking for a chemical solution to remove these residues. I will be so grateful if someone help me to find some references?
