Hello, so I did this reaction in DMF where my product before quench is anionic, and water sensitive, however it should survive Celite. The byproduct is just some salts. So I am thinking I could add anhydrous HCl in dioxane to quench the reaction, then do a Celite filtration that should give me my product. However I stuck at DMF removal without washing with lots of water.
anyone know some tricks that could allow me remove DMF under this nightmare situation? more practical than distillation perhaps?

You might try column chromatography if your sample is soluble in EtOAc or DCM
Otherwise dry loading your sample on the column using THF as dissolving media is an option
