Dear Community,

I would like to know if there is a correlation or a relationship of any kind between Structural/Reliability Importance measures of a component and the contribution of that component in the cascading failures phenomena ?

in other words, is it relevant to combine reliability importance measures with some other metrics ( from graph theory for instance) to well capture direct and indirect vulnerabilities within a system ?
