Dear researchers,

I was collecting Raman spectra for 1L-, 2L-, and 3L-MoS2

the separation distance between two phonon modes are correct around 18,21,23 cm-1. and agreed in most of papers

however there are some differencies in the intensity ratio(E2g/A1g)

in my case, the greatest ratio is related to 2L-MoS2 followed by tri- and then mono-layer MoS2

my flakes prepared by a scotch tape and deposited on SiO2 (100nm)/Si and excited by 532 nm

from different papers some times this ratio changes to be close to 1 for all layers

so why ? is there any mechanism of paper can help me please

thanks in advance
