Hello,

In my experiments I divided mice into 4 groups. one group fed on control diet, second group on high fat diet (hfd), third on hfd+treatment1 and fourth on hfd+treatment2.

While analysing real time data, i used contol group as callibrator.

In publication, i want to use only three groups i.e. hfd, hfd+treatment1 and hfd+treatment2.

My question is that should i analyse real time data again using hfd as callibrator or just remove control group?
