Related susbtances for miconazole cream?

Related substances for the miconazole cream i am doing the analysis by hplc for the related substances method but i am facing an issue with the extra peaks apperaed in the placebo peaks and not present in the test solution i did every trouble shooting to solve the issue new placebo and test .new placebo solution and test solution but every time only present in the placebo solution not in test.
