I would like know what controls protein expression levels in HCV. Any help/reference will be appreciated.
Viral proteins
I am guessing that HCV, well the host cells, make many more copies of core than NS2, for example. Is there a control to that? I would say yes but I do know if any one has checked. If so I would like to have the reference.
Thanks.
