I am working on key drivers analysis of my satisfaction variable, and i am trying to find influence/relevance of three different binary variables on my satisfaction (1-10 scale)
Is multiple linear regression good choice for the model?

It.depends on the the DV you use. Google what regression model should I use. Which should answer your question since you have not mentioned that.. BTW The attached paper may be helpful to you. Best wishes, David Booth
BTW .if DV is ordinal then ordinal logistic regression is appropriate. This wasn't entirely clear in your question but you can Google search for that method too. Best wishes, David Booth
@Caristo If your DV is a latent variable with multiple observed items, then linear regression or PLS-SEM using Smart-PLS would be appropriate. If you have only one observed variable as your DV (on ordinal scale) then ordinal logistic regression is an appropriate choice (as suggested by @David Booth). Wishing you best.
