Hi anyone using typeset for formatting journal articles? Is it worth taking subscription. If any one using please provide your thoughts

I just find that I have to read the instructions very carefully before I submit because pre-planned software like that is sometimes wrong and I hate to risk rejection for a details like that. I say this because a well-known (and often used) reference manager got it wrong and I was criticised by the reviewers and editor for this reason.

What I think is Dithiothreitol. As it is water-soluble and does not form a precipitate. But, the thing is it contains sulphur which is quite hazardous to aquatic animals.
