I run the process model 8, and I have two groups as the independent variable, two groups as the moderator, two mediators, and one dependent variable. When I get the result, how do I know which group in the independent variable has the most effect?

I got the result as IV-mediation- Dependent variable,and the table has two effects of the moderators. How do I know which group of IV has more effect than the other? Which value tells me that? Or I have to do a non-parametric test before conducting Model 8 ( my data is not normal) . Also, I have to do the process model 8 one time as parallel mediators, or have an exam for every mediator separately.
