I was reading the tutorial of Van Atta reflector array, which could reflect the incoming signal back to the transmitter. Can we design a reflector array that can reflect the incoming signal with a certain angle shift no matter what the AoA of the incoming signal is? For example, if the incoming signal arrives at the linear reflector array with an AoA of $theta$ degree, the reflector array will always reflect the signal with an AoD of $theta+c$ degree, where $c$ is a constant. Any comments are appreiciated! Tutorials or papers are more preffered! Thanks!
