We need new labor legislation is appropriate with the postmodern age, we can solve some problems such as reducing the unemployment rate, reducing the proportion of total dependency.
If workers are paid per hour, employers benefit. What the aim of the policy? To protect laborers or employers?. Maybe to provide more employment to the people.

Definitely it will increase productivity by the inspiration of the employees by reducing their working time.
I think Dr K N Sheth has a point in saying that ' inculcating the habit' of working for less hours for the same productivity
