I have been using LC3 II, Atg 5, Beclin 1 antibodies (Rabbit Polyclonal) from Cell Signaling. I use P62 mouse monoclonal antibody from Abcam. And I get nice western blot bands both in cells and tissue samples. However, I am not advertising any company brand. Good Luck!
