i am working on a project in which i have to extract relation between between named entities in text. e.g "there are 20 seats and 21 peoples" what i want is that algorithm tel me that there are 20 people and 21 seats.
Note: sentence structure can be different e.g "i owe bilal 400$ and bilal 300$ to waseem" in this sentence i like know that i owe 400$ to bilal
It seems an issue that combines identification of entities and in some cases there may be a relationship with toponims. I recommend the attached work, I hope you enjoy it.
I am not an NLP expert, but spaCy might help you with named entity recognition and dependency parsing, which is probably what you need.

Cristian Bologa i have already tried the spacy but it does not provide any solution for relation between entities
