With the introduction of DeepSeek LLM(https://github.com/deepseek-ai/DeepSeek-V3), now it is possible to not be dependent on NVidia Chips to train LLM. DeepSeek is written in Python language. It can be wrapped in Microsoft C#.Net with the use of IronPython(https://ironpython.net/) and run on Microsoft Azure on Hardware different than one produced by NVidia.

Of Course, those Politicians, who are ruling Ukraine now don't want that, they have stolen half of all the money that was sent to Ukraine from the West and the USA. They want True Ukrainian Patriots would die on the battlefield. I have access to sources from which I know what conscriptions in Ukraine look like. They are kidnapping different men from Ukrainian streets, torturing them if they say that they do not want to kill, training them for like 2-4 weeks, and sending them to the front lines to certain Deaths.

Zelensky does not want Peace, Putin wants Peace. In Russia, there are Xenophobes, Nationalists, and Racists that are much worse than Putin. Putin had to give them something to keep Himself in Power, that is why, He stated that War. He has to be able to say to them, "See, I have conquered part of Ukraine".
